The Uyuni Salt flat is the biggest salt lake in the world, and one of Bolivias´s most extraordinary attractions. .  Isla Pescado, located in the desert of salt, populated by numerous giant cactus with superior heights to the 10 meters, from the summit you can contemplate the wonderful landscape of Salting   “Driving across it is one of the weirdest and most fantastic experiences anywhere on the continent, specially during June and July, when the bright blue skies contrast with the blinding-white salt crust” A. Murphy.

Dawn and dusk on the salt flats are wonderful spectacles, and in the rainy season they turn into a gigantic mirror. It is a photographers Paradise. Experience the highest and largest Salt Lake in the world (10.000 Km2) surrounded by an impressive panorama. Drive across this salt flats to “Isla Pescado” an oasis, where you can find unique flora and fauna, which was completely isolated for thousands of years by a vast plain of salt.


Day 01: La Paz – Coquesa: Departure from La Paz to Oruro crossing Huari for about 4 hours and half, on asphalt road, then continue 3 hours on dirt road to Coquesa. Free time to explore the area before you enjoy the unique sunset on the shores of the Uyuni Salt lake and the view of Volcan Tunupa (5.400 m.). Night in a local basic accommodation.

Day 02: Isla del Pescado – La Paz: After breakfast, excursion to the Isla Pescado and the Incahuasi Island where we have lunch. Return to La Paz city, arrival to your hotel  at about 8 pm. And end of our services.
