This great expedition will take you to the most beautiful landscapes of the southern part of Bolivia. Starting at La Paz city you will enjoy of the culture and nature in the Andes, the magnificent Uyuni Salt Flat, the breathtaking colorful lagoons such as the Red and the Green lagoons, wild native fauna, sceneries which mix the impressive volcanoes with the immensity of the deserts. Come to also learn the Bolivian history in Sucre and Potosi, the silver mines, colonial architecture, museums, churchs and much more!.


Day 01: La Paz - Uyuni (3.670m): Departure from La Paz for Uyuni crossing the high plateau through the southern regions to arrive to Uyuni passing by the mining city of Oruro. The trip is taken by 4wd vehicle for 8 hours. Night in a hotel in Uyuni.

Day 02: Uyuni Salt Lake- Isla Pescado – San Juan: After breakfast, departure from Uyuni to the biggest Salt Desert, visit the train cementery,  Colchani theDry Port”, Hotel of Salt, Isla Pescado. Crossing to Uyuni salt lake we arrive to San Juan town and spend the night in a local accommodation.

Day 03: San Juan - Lagoons – Colorada Lagoon: We will continue our adventure going to the Colorada Lagoon; have a view of Ollague volcano, the lagoons of Cañapa, Hedionda (Stinking), Chiarcota, Honda and Ramaditas lagoons that are populated by flamingos. In the afternoon we will continue our journey crossing to the desert of Siloli where we will observe the Tree of Stone. We will arrive to the Laguna Colorada. Walk surroundings of the lagoon appreciating big quantities of flamingos, Night in a local accommodation.

Day 04: Colorada Lagoon – Verde Lagoon – Quetena Chico: Leaving Colorada Lagoon very early. We drive towards Sol de Mañana Crater to visit the geysers and the volcanic boiling mud. After that, we drive down and visit the Hot Springs, the Dali’s Desert and the Green Lagoon and Volca Licancabur (5.960 m.). Then we drive back towards Quetena Chico visiting the Rocks Valley on our way. Night in a local accommodation.

Day 05: Quetena Chico – San Pablo Lipez: Drive from Quetena through beautiful ochre-color deserts and lava formations. Crossing Chilcobija, considered the deepest antimony mine of the world. The town of Nazarenito, a gold producer small village. Valle de la Luna o el Sillar with shapes of peaks and crates that resemble a moon landscape. Quebrada de Palala with spectacular red rocky formations. Arrival to San Pablo de Lipez village. Night in a local accommodation.

Day 06:  San Pablo de Lipez – Tupiza(2.950 m.): After breakfast, continue the trip to Tupiza descending the beautiful Quebrada de Palala to El Sillar that has a fantastic moon landscape.  Arrival to Tupiza and visit the local attractions, such as the Tower, the Inca Canyon, etc. Tupiza is the place where Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid stole the remittance of the Company Aramayo in 1908 and they found its end in San Vicente, a population that is to 119 Km .Night in a local accommodation.

Day 07:  Tupiza – Potosi (4.070 m): Today we say good bye to the volcanoes and deserts to get into some nice green valleys like Cotagaita and Vitichi on our way to Potosi, a colonial treasure and the Bolivian city of Silver. Arrival to Potosi and walking visit to the city.   Night in a hotel.

Day 08: Potosi – Sucre (2.800 m): After breakfast. We visit to the Mint House (Casa de la Moneda Museum) and the Rich Mountain (Mines). Afternoon drive to Sucre city it takes 3 hours.   Night in a hotel in Sucre.

Day 09: Sucre Colonial city: Call it Sucre, La Plata, Charcas, or Ciudad Blanca, the city of Sucre has a rich, varied history and a wealth of historical architecture deserving of the selection as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Visit the colonial of Sucre. The Liberty’s House, Textiles Museum, the Dinosaur’s foot prints, Main Square, etc. Night in a hotel.

Day 10: Sucre – La Paz city(3.650 m): Flight from Sucre to La Paz city.  Arrival to your hotel.  And end of our services.
