In the morning at 08:00 a.m. we pick you up from the hotel, board of our exclusive vehicle we drive from La Paz and reach the mountain shelter on Mt. Chacaltaya two hours later by the zig zag way by a dirt road.  The climb from the shelter to the summit of Chacaltaya ought to last approximately 30 minutes.  From the top of Mt. Chacaltaya, there’s a view of Lake Titicaca and a great part of the Andes Royal Mountain range. Before descending, you will enjoy a delicious box-lunch.  The descend on mountain bike starts at 5.200 m.a.s.l. and ends at 3.700 m.a.s.l., close to the city center of La Paz. We continue the excursion by transport, along the way, we follow the Achachicala Canyon, which is Aymara for “Old Rock Canyon”. On the higher part of the trail, we pass by the “7 lagoons” – all glacier melt water lagoons.  We will have the opportunity to see life in the countryside, abandoned mines and the grandiose nature of the Bolivian high-plains.  Arrival to La Paz city at about 17:30 and end of our services.
